A lot of French Startups don’t respect foreigner application It’s been the 7th French Non-Speaking candidate who contact us to tell us the bad experienced he lived after applying in a French Scale up. Exemple of unrespect from the recruiter of their startups: « Oh, you live in French since 6 month and you still don’t speak French? » « Vous parler Française? Ah non c’est dommage » (Do you speak French? That's unfortunate) « Arrive more than 15 min late, without notice » « We didn’t put on the Job description, but we’re looking for a French native speaker » (for a position where it’s was mention UK Native Speaker). A rejected email at the end of a long process, full in French.. Denied an application of a candidate who have a French Passport but apparently not a French name: « We don’t offer Visa sponsorship » Last but not least, 2 of the candidate received a proposal less than the current market.  Are you French non-Speaking in France?
